This project led by Dr. Jennifer Jakobi and graduate student Cori Calkins aims help identify if mental rehearsal influences on the performance of steady movements.
We are inviting adults aged 65-90 years old to participate in an in-person study evaluating the effects of imagination on movement control. Participation involves two visits (approximately 1.5hrs and 2.5hrs) at the Healthy Exercise and Aging Lab on the University of British Columbia Okanagan campus.
